With his 24Kt Smoke album fin­ished and await­ing a con­firmed release date, TEK brings to you I Did It My Way (The G-Mix Col­lec­tion) mix­tape. The mix­tape fea­tures 23 G-Mixes and Col­lab­o­ra­tions, includ­ing Rep My City fea­tur­ing Triple C’s, Dope­man G-Mix fea­tur­ing Pusha T, Kool G. Rap, and XV, The Streets Is Get­tin’ Hot G-Mix fea­tur­ing the likes of Stat Quo, Rap­per Big Pooh, Ali Vegas, 40 Cal, Mic Geron­imo, and oth­ers, and Let’s Get It On 2009 fea­tur­ing Free­way and Jakk Frost. TEK’s 24Kt Smoke album is most likely look­ing at a late 2009 release, and fea­tures guest appear­ances from Sheek Louch, Havoc of Mobb Deep, Free­way, Jakk Frost, and Gen­eral Steele of Smif-N-Wessun). Pro­duc­tion duties were han­dled by Sta­tik Selek­tah, Cookin’ Soul, Drawzilla, Don Notz, Music Mys­tro, J. Scrilla, S-Type, and GSuz187. Expect the release date to be con­firmed and the first sin­gle to drop in the com­ing weeks. TEK is also work­ing on the next Smif-N-Wessun album, which will be pro­duced entirely by Pete Rock.
